This Rumbi is seriously the best. The general manager is always there helping out and makes sure all your needs are met. All of the staff are very respectful and always helpful. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. The restaurant is always inviting and very clean. If I could I would give this a 10 out of 5 stars. Love going here and feeling fed delicious food.

I ate a bowl with Rumbi rice, shredded chicken, and Hawaiian teriyaki sauce. Then had a pineapple upside down cake for dessert. We have sampled a few Hawaiian style restaurants in the area. This place has the best food by far. It is clean and the customer service is outstanding. So glad to have found it!
Have you ever been to the Ogden Rumbi location? If you haven’t give it a try, the same quality food as the other locations with the added bonus of the kindest staff. They always go the extra mile. Today they noticed my husband and I planned on sharing the burger and asked us if they could plate it separately for us so it was easier to eat. I really appreciate the thoughtful nature of the staff here!

We walked in and were met warmly by Ryan. He was kind and friendly and ready to do anything to make our experience great. We were sharing an order and he split it between two containers without us even asking. Her personally brought it to us and asked if there was anything he could do for us. He even brought us utensils and napkins because we hadn't picked any up yet. Ryan checked in with us again to make sure we were enjoying our food and went one to chat with us for a few minutes, expressing his delight in having us there. He wanted to make sure that the food made us happy but also that the people made us happy and feel welcome. He was the same way with every customer that came in and with his fellow employees as well. Warm, welcoming, great food, and great people. We will be going again! This is a place that wants your business and works to make you happy so you keep going back. Wonderful!
